• Digital Marketing (social media content, strategy, ads)

Services are subject to availability and a signed agreement where applicable.

3. Booking & Payments

• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (if applicable).
• Final payment is due before delivery of final media unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Custom terms may apply for specific projects and will be outlined in individual contracts or invoices.

4. Intellectual Property

• Click n Cuts retains the copyright to all original photos, videos, and creative work unless otherwise agreed.
• Clients are granted a usage license for personal or commercial use, depending on the project agreement.
• You may not resell or alter our work without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information during booking
• Obtain necessary permissions (e.g. venue access, model releases)
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions or meetings

Delays or incomplete cooperation may impact final delivery timelines.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Copy or reuse any part of the website content or visuals without permission
• Use our site to spread spam, malware, or violate any laws
• Attempt to hack or reverse-engineer our systems

We reserve the right to block users who violate these rules.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

We strive for excellence in every project, but:

• We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages

• We are not responsible for technical failures outside our control (e.g., weather, file corruption, hosting downtime)
